Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. sea-m offers Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery. The cost is £5, and postage is free of charge for all orders over £150.

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.  Please note local sales taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping generally takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery.

If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at contact@sea-m.com and we will track your order. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery around Christmas and when Royal Mail take strike action.

We really hope you love your order but understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. All purchases will be eligible for a full refund (excluding original postage cost) if returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You are responsible for the return postage cost.
