Shipping & Delivery

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail for standard and international orders. 

We will update this policy from time to time and will include any seasonal shipping information, ie. Black Friday, Christmas & New Year.

UK Shipping:
48h Tracked £5 / FREE for orders over £150
Express £7.50

US Shipping:
£15 / FREE for orders over $150

EU Shipping:
£10 / FREE for orders over €150

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.  Please note local sales taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. Some packages may also receive additional charges if they extend beyond average weight parameters. All orders shipping outside the UK are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. sea-m cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Shipping generally takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery.

If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at contact@sea-m.com and we will track your order. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery around Christmas and when Royal Mail take strike action.
