It’s cut from 190gsm linen, heavy enough to hang properly and light enough that you won’t overheat. The front is pleated into a bib, which gives it a bit of structure without making it stiff. The stand collar keeps it clean, and the fit is just slightly oversized, so it looks deliberate rather than borrowed.
The cuffs are long. Button them for something sharp, fold them back when you can’t be bothered, or pin a brooch on each one if you’re keeping up with this season. Shell buttons run down the front and along each cuff and catch the light.
