Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For now, we're unable to offer returns or refunds on orders shipped outside the UK. As a young brand, the cost and complexity of international returns isn't something we've been able to take on yet — but it's very much on our list, and we'll change this as soon as we're able.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please take a moment with our size guide and fit notes before you buy. We'd also love you to email us at contact@sea-m.com with any sizing or styling questions before placing your order — we read every message and you'll always get a reply from a real person.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, that's separate — please email us straight away and we'll put it right.

Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer — this helps us keep costs down as a small, independent brand. Once we've received your return, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your return is accepted, we'll process your refund as per the details below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange something in your order and are in a rush, we recommend you place a new order online for the replacement item. You can then return anything you do not wish to keep as per our usual returns process.

Store Credit
We can, of course, offer you store credit as an alternative to an exchange. The total amount for your order (minus shipping) will be credited to your account to use at your leisure for one year once the item(s) have been received and inspected as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds
Once we have inspected your item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Refund & Returns Policy, we will process your return request.

We aim to process all refunds within 7-14 days upon receipt following our quality control checks. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) only — original postage is non-refundable. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please note from the time you receive the email confirmation that we have processed your refund, it can take up to 14 business days to be credited back to your account.
